The commission may not adopt a rule under this section that conflicts with a rule of the Department of Protective and Regulatory Services. ARTICLE 7. Implementation of Labour Laws. (c) The advisory committee shall be composed of: (1) six members of local workforce development boards who serve as members of the organization described by Subsection (b); and. Sec.
